Started seeing my new counselor  3/07/12 she seems ok. Doing an assessment on me today was my final one 11/07/12.

Started talking about some of my pass today, some talk of kate also. Its called CBT Cognitive behavioral therapy. Will update with what happend next week also will update this with stuff about me and my pass, maybe  it will help me? Maybe others? Time will tell but am happy something is finally happening.
